No. Tapping the stand or scanning the QR code opens your page in the phone’s normal web browser. Loyalty progress is saved on their phone, and Apple and Google Wallet passes are on the way.
No. Keep whatever you use to take payments today. Glokki only handles what customers see on their phone, and works on its own. Direct connections to popular checkout systems are coming.
Stamps and redemptions need a staff member to approve them, and every claim is checked on our servers. Copying a sticker or photographing a QR code won’t earn a reward.
No. Every plan includes QR codes you can print. If you want tap-to-open, you can order NFC stands, cards and stickers any time, in any quantity.
Google doesn’t allow rewarding people for reviews, so Glokki doesn’t either. We make reviewing easy and give customers a private feedback option too.
