Glokki (“we”, “us”) runs www.glokki.in and the Glokki customer engagement platform. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. If anything is unclear, email hello@glokki.in.
Information we collect
When you use our forms
If you request early access or NFC cards and stands, we collect what you type in: your name, business name, email address, city and country, type of business, number of locations, how you engage customers today, the plan you are interested in, the items and quantities you request, design and timing preferences, and any notes you add.
When you browse the website
We use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to count page visits and see which pages are popular. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.
When you use the Glokki platform
Businesses that use Glokki give us their business details, page content, offers and reward rules. When their customers join a loyalty program or save an offer, we store what is needed to run it, such as a name or email the customer chooses to give, stamps collected and coupons used. We hold this customer data on behalf of the business, and the business decides how it is used.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and set up early access.
- To prepare quotes for NFC cards and stands.
- To run the Glokki platform: show pages, track stamps and coupons, and prevent misuse.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To meet legal and security obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising by other companies.
Who we share it with
We only share information with service providers that help us run Glokki:
- FormSubmit delivers form submissions to our email inbox.
- Vercel hosts the website and provides visit analytics.
- Google Fonts serves the fonts on our pages, which means your browser connects to Google.
- Supabase stores platform data for businesses and their customers.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as we are talking with you about Glokki and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Platform data is kept while a business uses Glokki and deleted after the account is closed, except where we must keep records by law.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@glokki.in and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, for example California in the US or India, you may have extra rights under local law, and we will honour them.
If you are a customer of a business that uses Glokki, you can also contact that business directly about your loyalty or coupon data.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and separate storage for each business’s data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell affected people if a breach happens.
Children
Glokki is meant for businesses and adult customers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. For important changes, we will let businesses using Glokki know by email.
