These terms cover your use of www.glokki.in, our early access program and requests for NFC cards and stands. By using the website or sending us a request, you agree to them. Questions: hello@glokki.in.
Early access
Glokki is in early access and still being built. Features described on the website show what we are building and may change, arrive later or work differently. Sending an early access request does not create a contract or guarantee a place. When we offer you a spot, we will agree the details, including price, with you in writing.
Prices
Prices on the website are planned launch prices in US dollars. They may change before launch. Founding discounts apply only when we confirm them to you in writing.
NFC cards and stands
An NFC request is a request for a quote, not an order. Nothing is made or charged until we send you a price and delivery date and you confirm. Delivery times and availability depend on our suppliers.
Using the website
Please do not misuse the website: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, no automated spam through our forms, and no unlawful content in requests.
Content and trademarks
The Glokki name, logo, website design and content belong to Glokki. Example businesses and numbers shown on the website are illustrations, not real customers or results. Company names such as Square, Toast, Shopify, Odoo and Google belong to their owners and are mentioned only to describe compatibility.
Reviews
Glokki follows the rules of review platforms such as Google. Businesses using Glokki must not offer rewards in exchange for reviews.
Liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Glokki is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the website or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
